I Would Like to Know What is the Best Treatment for my Scars and Lip Problem?

i am 26 yrs old.i have dark circles for past 8 years and icepick and boxscars on the cheecks.there is deep pigmentation in my cheecks and chin .and also hyperpigmentation in chin area. i have the habit of lip biting before so i am not having a uniform upper lip colour.i used 4 years before fem hair removing cream so accidently it discoloured slightly my upper lip.can u please tell me what to be done to improve my face.
