How Long Until I See Results of TotalFX on Sunspots?

I had Total FX 6 days ago. I understand that wrinkles will improve gradually over months, but I expected more immediate gratification for the superficial sunspots. They look the same, or maybe slightly attenuated. Will they also improve gradually? How long for Active X benefits on sunspots?
