Total FX Vs Repair for Acne Scarring or Fat Transfer with Subsicion?

I get the best results with extensive Subcision and Fraxel Repair Laser. If any depressed scars are left one month post op, I fill them with Perlane. I am getting routinely 75+ percent improvement in one treatment in rolling acne scars. Pitted acne scars are treated with the Fraxel Repair Laser alone. Personally, I feel that Perlane is a much better filler than fat for acne scars. see video
