I had a rhinoplasty over 2 years ago and was happy with the results. Unfortunately 6 months ago I had a flareup of rosacea that led to pustules and skin thickening of my nose. While it's not rhinophyma, my nasal skin is thicker and the nose slightly bigger. Are there any medications/steroids/lasers that could thin the nasal skin? I will always have thick nasal skin but I would like to reduce it from the present state. Thanks.
