2 months post op Rhinoplasty removing ear cartilage to fill the nose tip. I am still experiencing mild ear pain. Is this normal?

The ear doesn't hurt unless I press into it. The ear hurts when I apply pressure towards it. I am afraid that it is caused by infection. Is it normal to have pain still after 2 months? I am also experiencing very mild headache sometimes but I am not sure if it is related to this.
