How to make my natural double eyelids bigger and more noticeable without surgery? (photos)

Thank you for your clinical post and photograph. Analysis of your photograph shows rather
beautiful eyes with a natural Asian double fold. You want to be very careful about
non-surgical techniques for fat reduction as is unlikely you will achieve a
more beautiful result than Mother Nature and genetics granted you. I would avoid injectable fat reduction treatments
that are off label such as Deoxycholate or Kybella and rather focus on use of
excellent eyeliner technique to accentuate the lash line and other shadow
techniques in the upper eyelid.Non-surgical techniques that may help roll back the upper eyelid fold
without compromising the fat content of your upper eyelid which you will need
as you age when it includes something such as radio frequency energy
particularly the Forma device from InMode or the Venus Freeze device. And these radio frequency energy systems can
be used to non-invasively tighten the upper eyelid skin, which may serve to
roll back your eyelid fold and still preserve your precious upper eyelid
fat. Other tightening techniques such as
non-ablative fractional devices such as the Cynosure 1540, the eMatrix from
Syneron and other fractional technologies can also tighten somewhat the upper
eyelid fold and not pose any risk to your underlying ocular structures and
enhance the height and breadth of your supratarsal fold and eyelid show.

Unfortunately, there is no way to significantly decrease the upper eyelid fat without surgery.  One can accentuate the double eyelid with makeup.  Also, there are eyelid tapes (EasyLift) which can be applied to the eyelid to temporarily lift the lid.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
