Can liposuction and breast reduction help me lose 25lbs?

Liposuction and a breast reduction aren't really a means to lose weight. You would be surprised but even very large amounts of liposuction or a breast reduction on very large breasts does not really lead to significant weight loss...usually just a few pounds. If the size of your breasts are causing pain symptoms then a reduction will likely help you with that (ex. neck pain or back pain), but it will not make your knees feel better. 

Typically, there is very little weight change from a liposuction procedure or a breast reduction. At times up to 4-5 pounds of tissue can be removed with a very large breast reduction, but your weight is distributed throughout your body, not just your breasts. Liposuction is done mostly for contouring and shaping. It can be risky to do it for weight loss. Diet and exercise is the best remedy for this, although the limitations of movement due to your arthritis can make this difficult. Also, the medications you are taking may be a cause for your weight gain and the inability to lose it. Discuss this with your doctor to see if there are other alternatives.
