How to treat areola infection after breast lift with implants? (photos)

I am 4 weeks post op, and I developed an open wound around my areola after a small blood blister broke. There is no pain, but under the wound my breast feels hard. I have been on antibiotics for 5 days and am not seeing any improvement. Do you have any suggestions?
