I want to know how long I have to wait to get my areola tattooed after breast lift?

3 months may be somewhat early to consider getting a tattoo for your scars.  I would wait about a year.  Your surgeon could definitely advise you better and possibly even perform the procedure for you.  In my practice, if you had a scar that could be improved with tattoos, I would not charge for the procedure.

Three months may be a bit early to consider tattooing of your scar. you may want to wait until the scar is softer at about 6 months or even longer. Best of luck.

Some degree of hypopigmentation following breast lift surgery
especially in the areola area is not uncommon.
In general, you want to wait until they hypopigmentation and demarcation
has matured, as well as periareolar scar tissue. Most surgeons would not recommend periareolar
permanent makeup tattooing until at least 6 to 9 months following the breast
lift surgery and sometimes even you are best to wait one year. In general, the cosmetic tattoo will take two
to three treatments to get significant darkening and the opportunity to adjust
optimal aesthetic appearance.

There are several excellent cosmetic permanent tattoo makeup
artists in the city and I’m sure that this will achieve the kind of aesthetic
results that you are hoping for.
