Are Topically Applied Eye Creams Available in the Market Reduce or Diminish Eye Bags?

Typically surgery with blepharoplasty is the approach to treatment of eyelid bags. In some cases, if the eyelid bags look worse due to fine lines or poor skin elasticity, there are a few topical eyelid creams that can improve the fine lines and slightly tighten the skin and give the appearance of diminished eyelid bags. Topical creams, in cases where they have helped, will be a temporary fix. Ultimately the eye bags will worsen and surgery would be the effective treatment.
