Topical Cream for Broken Capillaries After IPL?

Is there any topical cream or ointment I could use to lighten the red spot (broken capillary) on my nose?

Light electrosurgery is excellent for nose capillaries.

IPL PhotoFacials are excellent for rosacea, and for eliminating visible red capillaries on the nose. If some of the vessels haven't responded well to IPL treatment, then seek consultation from a board-certified dermatologist or facial plastic surgeon skilled in the use of a Hyfrecator. These treatments are performed with topical anesthetic, and work well for stubbron nose vessels. I hope this helps, and best regards.
