I Took in Total 3080mg of Accutane Within 5 Months. The Derm Took Me off Accutane and I Had Outbreak?

I had outbreak near end of 4 months of being off of accutane.The derm put me back on accutane after 4 month break. so far I have had 1260mg of accutane over a period of 3 months. The derm has given me 20mg/10 weeks but wants to take me off accutane after this.Does the 4 month break effect treatment?,after 4 months would I be starting the accutane from zero to reach my cumulative dose or would I incl 3080mg already taken? is my cumulative dose 6000mg?.I am 33yrs old and 50kg.
