Titan is fine
Titan can safely be used on even very dark skin. The wavelength of energy is in the infrared, not visible light range, so pigment is not a target of this device. Titan heats the dermis to stimulate collagen tightening. It is mildly effective for the face, and better for the body, in my experience.
