Hi, I'm 25 years old, 156 cm. (5'2") high, and weigh 44 kg (97 lbs.). I had my 1st baby 6 months ago and added 16 kgs while I was pregnant (all in my tummy). My pre-pregnancy weight was 42 kg. Luckily I don't have much fat.
I didn't do any exercises to tighten the abdominal muscles but I'm planning to start soon. I'm concerned about the loose skin in my tummy and that it will get worse after 2nd pregnancy. What can I do to minimize the loose skin in the future? Shall I consider TITAN treatment after each pregnancy?
