Can You Use Tissue from Breast Reduction & Use It for Breast Enhancement?

My fiancee, and I, would like to know if this is possible, and if so, how much it costs. If this isn't possible, what's the most natural breast enhancement procedure? What's the least expensive, and natural, breast enhancement procedure? What would you recommend? We would also like to know how successful the procedures have been in the past. Btw if you need any info, shes a size 34A.

Breast reduction and enhancement

Wouldn't that be great!  But unfortunately you can not share your/her breast tissue with each other. A breast augmentation with implants is the only way to go.

Breast Enhancement Options

I am assuming you mean is it possible to use tissue removed from ANOTHER PERSON'S breasts in a breast reduction to enhance your fiance's breasts??? If so, the answer would be no. This would in essence be a transplant operation, and for success would require long term administration of anti-rejection medications... not to mention that it would be extremely expensive as a cosmetic procedure, and you seem interested in saving money. This is a good time to point out that generally speaking, having c more

Breast augmentation best done with breast implants.

Hi. You cannot take someone else's breast tissue from a breast reduction and use it to make your breasts larger. Breasts implants are very safe. Go to a plastic surgery clinic in a teaching hospital for inexpensive surgery.

Natural Breast Enhancement

Yes, it is possible to use your own tissue to enhance your breasts. If you have ptotic (hanging breasts), I perform an auto-augmentation procedure to use the extra tissue that would normally be discarded during a breast lift and tuck it under your breast to increase projection. This achieves two goals - lifting the breast and increasing volume. I hope this is helpful. Good luck with your procedure.

Strange question

As Drs. Aldea and Placik have said, your question is confusing.  Sounds like she is small, then from whom is the tissue coming that you want to use to make her bigger?  For many reasons, immunological and vascular, this is not possible.  A bra is the simplest way to enhance her and beyond that you are looking at implants.

Breast enhancement with existing breast tissue

I am a little confused. Does your fiancee want to be larger, more lifted, smaller? The least expensive breast enhancement is the use of a bra. Depending what you want a variety of procedures can be recommended. I am assuming that she has large breasts that you desire to be more shapely. In this case the existing breast tissue can be re-arranged.

Breast implants are for enhancement

The best way to enhance breasts is with silicone implants. You can not take tissue from one person and implant it in another - the body will reject it. Injecting fat from yourself is also a bad idea and does not work well.

Use tissue from breast reduction & use it for breast enhancement.

You are either confused or the question needs work! The Stem Cell Enhanced Fat Transfer Breast Enlargement is a nice NATURAL technique to "fill up" the breasts but the size will not increase more than a cup if that. Regards from MIAMI

Using Breast Reduction tissue in Breast Enhancement

Your questions is interesting and VERY confusing. BREAST ENHANCEMENT encompasses ALL techniques, surgical and conservative, meant to make the breasts APPEAR more attractive. If we limited your question to SURGICAL BREAST ENHANCEMENT - you would still be asking about Breast Augmentation, Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation with Lifting and Breast Reduction operations. As a rule - we CANNOT use tissues from any individual in another without suppressing the recipient's immune systems for life. So... more
