How Can I Increase Effectiveness of Inner Thigh Fat Transfer After Botched Liposuction?

I had too much fat taken out of my inner thigh on the left thigh in 2009. I am left with "shark bite" look. I know that the medial thigh is one of the hardest areas to transfer fat bc of blood flow. I have been exercising (cardio, light weights, inner thigh lifts) to increase blood flow. I also quit smoking last month and would like to schedule a surgery after 2 months of not smoking. I also read about hyperbaric chambers and oxygen tanks.Could you recommend a good surgeon for this in Phila?

Fat transfer to correct Liposuction deformity

Fat transfer works by virtue of blood supply. In areas that have had liposuction there is a fair amount of scar tissue and subsequently less "virgin" tissue with a pristine blood supply. Exercise and good nutrition area always a good idea, but probably don't make a difference in regards to survival of transplanted fat. Inner thigh lifts

Correction of bad liposuction results is very difficult and requires expertise.In my experience it may require a combination of liposuction, lipo distribution , fat graft, and medial thigh lift. At the very end of all this you should expect IMPROVEMENT NOT PERFECTION. This time be prepaired for multiple surgeries and multiple expense. This time also choose you surgeon very carefully.
