Without any pictures it is difficult for us to make any recommendations.  Please give us some information about you surgery which would be helpful. We all recommend waiting for about a year before considering a revision if you're not satisfied.

At 9 months, swelling should have mostly subsided.  If the tip is still too big, a revision may be in order.

Revision rhinoplasty usually works.

Hi.

If you don't like the result at nine months, then you will probably need a revision in another few months.  There are several possible reasons for a tip that is too big, and they can usually be corrected.

It is very common to have residual tip swelling 9 months after rhinoplasty. It usually improves by about a year but may last longer.
