Tiny Flesh Colored Bumps After Isotretinoin Treatment

I recently finished my accutane treatment about 1 month ago. Since then, I have had these tiny flesh colored bumps on only the left side of my face. The rest of my face is still healing of course, there is some blotchiness and scarring, all of which I am hoping will heal with time. I am however, worried that these tiny bumps are a sign of my acne coming back. Although, when I started the accutane I only had acne of the cystic nature. Is this normal? Is it acne or maybe something else?
