I Have Tinnitus, Could Starting a Course of Accutane Make It Worse?

Im 33 female, I have been given the green light for accutane 65mg daily for 4 to 6 months. I have spoken with my dermatologist regarding my tinnitus and the fear of it becoming permanently worse through using accutane. She thought it should be okay and if the ringing in my ears became worse to lower the dose. Im scared of starting the treatment, what if my tinnitus permanently becomes worse. I am depressed with having acne for 15 years. Do you think i will be okay to start accutane? Thank you
