Tightness in Chest and Short of Breath 3weeks Post Mommy Makeover. Is This Normal?

Almost 4 weeks post op. I had a haematoma 3days post op as had been vomiting all of first night and so had to back to theatre. Had full tummy tuck and muscle joining. Everything healing well. Had 340 cc implants infront of muscles. Wearing 32dd bra. Same size I was just after babies born. Have had this tightness and shallow breath for a week now. Sometimes better than others. Can be worse when laying down.
