Will Tightening of the Vagina in Any Way Help with Weakened Pelvic Floor Muscles?

I had a spinal chord tumor as a teenager which resulted in some nerve damage. I have had several bladder surgeries and have also had some prolapse. I had a baby almost two years ago, which I hate to say did a number on me (So worth it) What floor muscles I did have before having a baby, I'm pretty sure are gone. I try to do Kegel exercises, but due to nerve damage I can't tell if they are working.

Vaginoplasty may help, but if muscles and connective tissue of the pelvic floor have been weakened by childbirth, you may need posterior repair as well. Because of the nerve damage, personal evaluation, and perhaps specialized studies to clarify your situation may be indicated.
