I had surgery two years ago to do half-a-jaw-replacement transplant. It was successful but I now have ugly keloid scarring starting below my lip to the back of my ear. I had injections for some time but they did not really work. I can't close my mouth properly without apply alot of pressure and causes problems with speech and eating. It can be embarassing. What is my best option?
