Tighten a Big Nose

If you are talking about thick oily skin, dermatologic treatments such as Accutane may be beneficial. If the size is secondary to a large underlying structure, rhinoplasty is the only way to reduce a large nose.

No other way

Unfortunately, there is no other way to tighten or reduce the size of a nose other than through a surgical procedure such as a rhinoplasty operation.

Tighten a big nose?

I amnot sure what you mean by tightening a big nose. If you are asking how to correct a large nose, then I would have to say a rhinoplasty is the only way to improve it.
