What Are the Very Tight Looking Vertical Areas Under my Breasts?

I had the lift but I'm not sure if they are muscle, tendons, skin? Can I do something to work them out because it hurts alot to reach up.

Bands under breast

These bands are due to swollen and inflamed lymph channels and occasionally occur after breast surgery. I a have a couple of patients a year with this complaint. They have always cleared up after a few weeks and taking an anti-inflammatory agent such as Advil can possibly help. Gary Hall,MD

Mondor's bands

These are simply Mondor's bands, swollen lymph channels and will go away on their own with Motrin and massage. Discuss with your doctor.
