I'm going into my 4th week after Tummy Tuck. I feel great, but I have this tight feeling, can't lay completely flat, and I'm not completely straight when I stand up. I've been using Bio-oil on my scar. Anything else I should use?

Tight Tummy After Tummy Tuck
Not much to use on your scar at this point. You are just pulled tight, which is a good thing and the skin needs to stretch over time and it will.
There are different scar medications that are out there and I dont think one is better than the other. I usually have my patients place paper tape over their scars for as long as they possibly can to provide a fine thin scar. To be successful you really need to do this for about 1 years time.

Tight feeling after a tummy tuck
The whole purpose of the tummy tuck was to tighten your abdomen and flatten it out. Depending on your physique and the type of procedure performed, you may have this tight feeling for several months to half a year. Don't try to stretch your skin out too rapidly, as that would risk stretch marks. With time, your skin will accommodate and still maintain the results without limiting your ability to fully extend.
