Tickle Lipo: simple explanation
Tickle liposuction is a modified power assisted technique that instead of an in-and-out uses a rotational movement of the tip similar to the tip of your finger drawing a small circle. It reportedly vibrates at an infrasonic frequency that stimulates the same nerves that are responsible for pain and tickling. This results in a tickling sensation for some patients.

Tickle Lipo
Tickle Lipo is a marketing term. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons, and choose the one with experience, expertise, and understanding of your needs. The ASPS website is a good starting point.

Tickle lipo
Tickle lipo? Is this like a tickle me Elmo? Beware of marketed name brand liposuction. I would find a surgeon who does standard liposuction with tumescence or vaser or power assisted.

The surgeon is more impoartant than the name of the tecnique when having liposuction.
Tickle lipo, Smart lipo, Cool Lipo, Vaser Lipo, EUA lipo, Power assisted lipo, Waterjet lipo. Pick an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon and look at their results. The surgeon performing the liposuction is a lot more important than the latest in marketing technologies that may be performed by someone who just learned "tickle lipo" last week.

Tickle liposuction
Tickle liposuction is a branded name for a liposuction technique. It appears to use the PALS technique, a vibrating tip on the end of a liposuction tube. PALS is widely used.
As you will hear from many of the doctors answering these questions, it is far more important to research the surgeon than the branded technique.
For procedures performed under purely local anesthesia with no sedation, despite what many patients are told, there is no "tickling"...

For liposuction choose the surgeon before the technology
There are a number of techniques used for liposuction, many of them with brand names and advertising and PR campaigns. However, most of the docs on Real Self will tell you that the most important thing in getting a good result and having a comfortable experience with lipo is to choose an experienced surgeon.
