The skin underneath my eyes is thinning and developing wrinkles quickly. What are the best ingredients in skin creams for this area and thinning/decrepitness?

Use a retinoid carefully

Even thought this is the area that is most likely to get irritated with a retinoid, a retinoid will give you the best long tern benefit. Approach use slowly and you will be happy.
