How big can fat transer to the breasts go
I personally have not been able to make anyone big by that technique. There is only so much you an put in at one time.Also you must have enough fat to put in..I've seen doctors using on heavier women multiple procedures to make a fair size breast. I believe implants are still the best for large breasts'
