As long as your expectations are reasonable, your health is good and the total time under aneshesiacanbe kept under 7-8 hours there is no reason why you cannot have multiple cosmetic surgery procedures. Another consideration would be how many areas of post-surgical soreness would you be willing to tolerate. Sometimes spacing, on in medical terminology - staging operations delays getting to the finish line but makes the trip a lot more comfortable. You choose.

Certainly it is feasible to perform some procedures together in the right patient. I have done this many times.

Combining cosmetic surgery procedures
Cannot see why you can't combine these procedures. The main concern would be your general health status, age, how much liposuction etc. to see whether the procedure should be done in a hospital or if an office operating room is okay. With that much surgery should plan to stay at an after care facility with nurses for a few days after surgery.
