How Will They Repair my Nipple? (3 Weeks Post Bilat Nipple Eversion)

I'm kind of in a panic and it's a long weekend. I can't get in contact with my surgeon till Tuesday. I had inverted nipple eversion 3 weeks ago (using the flap/parachute method). On my right nipple (which was grade 3), a stitch in the centre of the nipple has dissolved and part of the surgical incision has basically dehisced. It's approximately 4mm long, 3mm deep and can open about 3 mm wide. It is not fleshy, just like regular skin. What now? How will this be fix?! I can't have a split nipple
