Asymmetry of Septum and Body

Nobody has a perfectly symmetrical septum and body. Please have an examination by another surgeon or submit pictures because I honestly don't understand what your describing.

Misaligned septum

Nothing about a nasal septum alignment has any affect on your body other than looks or airway issues. There has never been anyone with a perfectly straight septum with or without injury. As to your specific issues, without an exam there is no way to know what is going on.
