Will They Go Away?

Hello, I had a Sicton Micro Laser Peel for my moderate acne scaring and a light pregnacy mask. It was done one month ago and although I don't see an improvement, my skin is still dry, and I now have flesh colored bumps (very small ones) all over my face where the laser was used. They actaully look like the laser circles. Will the (Pls God) go away?
