Hand Pain After Thermage

I had thermage done on my arms and hands about 1 year ago. The doctor hand ran the machine over and over on my hands because I didn't feel anything. After 2 weeks i feel little ache on my hands and slowly increased the pain over time, now is really painful and I have to message my hands all the time. Please tell me is that due from the side effect and is there anything to help beside taking the tylenol?
