Will Thermage Tighten the Skin on my Thighs and Stomach?

I work out and am in great shape but I have noticed the skin on my thighs (especially above my knees) and my stomach is sagging and looks wrinkled. I do not have cellulite. Will Thermage get rid of this?

I had Thermage done on the front of my thighs and it did not turn out well. I do believe it helped the sagging and wrinkling I had above my knee, but I also ended up with large indentations up and down my thigh. I believe this was from the doctor using much too high a power during the treatment and I developed scar tissue from it. I would never have it done again.
