Please explain to me how people have lost fat after Thermage. If they have the newest tip, would that prevent hollow cheeks that I have read about?

Yes

 The new tip is much more effective and also is not as powerful as the older tips. The pain level from the new thermage is minimal and you do not need any topical or anesthesia. I had this tx done six months ago  As a doctor and also as a patient I  been happy with Thermage.
