Is Starlux 1540 Recommended for Thin Under Eyes and Droopy Eyelids? (photo)

Hi yesterday i got thermage cpt done on my face at 4-5 level, and abdomen at 3-4 sometimes it was pretty painful. Anyway Im hoping for the best. I did not get my eyes done. I was thinking of getting starlux 1540 around my eyes for thin crepiness mostly when I smile under my eyes and droppy eyelids, I dont have crows feet. Is the starlux 1540 a good idea for that? Or should I get thermage around my eyes instead too?
