Massage after Buttock Implants?

Unlike Breast Implants I do not require patients to massage Buttock Implants. I feel the implants are positioned under the largest strongest muscle in the body, the gluteus maximus muscle, which is actively flexing and thus "massaging" the implants all day long as the patient ambulates, etc...
