Is There a Way to Tattoo Vitiligo with Pigment Matching Patients Own Skin Color?

Tattooing is one of many options as a treatment for vitiligo. At least it can cover the defect if not 'treat' the disease. To my knowledge tattoo stands out as a pigmented patch and itself can attract unwanted attention. My question is : Is there someone who can 'concoct' a compatible pigment matching the normal area of the body and this can be used to tattoo into vitiliginous patch?
