I feel like my neck is too thick and manly for my body, I want it to look taller and thinner. I also have manly shoulders, surgery to shave down the upper shoulders it looks so many? I want feminine looking shoulders. I also have a hump on the back of my neck and it looks so ugly when I stand up! I do not care how many surgeries I get or how much money I spend, it's my money and this is what I want to do I don't want anyne tell me other why's because this will increase the quality of my life.

The lower back and front of the thighs are two areas which can exhibit some annoying numbness after liposuction. This is normal. Sometimes it can be irritating numbness but will pass in time. In 29 years I have never seen a case persist beyond 3 months, and normally the numbness if it does...
