no one has searched is this senario. that there should be some medicine to dehydrate the cartilage to make it appear thinner.i just have a little bulbous tip and i want to shrink it

There is no way to reduce or change the contour of cartilage causing a bulbous tip without surgery. Fillers are sometimes used to change nasal appearance, but adding injections will not make your tip smaller.

The only wat I know how to treat a bulbous tip of the nose is by performing a rhinoplasty to contour the lower lateral cartilages.
