Why is there a puffy ridge under my eye after Blepharoplasty? It wasn't there pre-op. Can it be fixed? (photos)

I had lower blepharoplasty and muscle tightening done 5 weeks ago. I am not happy at all with the results. Now I have a puffy ridge/bag underneath both of my eyes. It is worse on the left side. I also have lid asymmetry after surgery. Is there a way to get rid of the ridge? When I asked my surgeon he said it was a muscle that is now visible after fat removal. Why is one side more prominent than the other? Has he removed too much fat? Can it be fixed?
