I have a very short interpupillary distance according to my eye doctor. Is there a surgery that could increase interpupillary distance or make very close set, caucasion eyes appear further apart? I think i read somewhere that the bones in the nose can be widened to make the nose wider. Could widening the bones of the base of the nose inbetween the eyes help at all with making them look further apart?
