its noticable and it makes me think low of my self need help. I cant afford surgery so thats not an option.

Bump on nose
Unfortunately the only way to remove a bump on the dorsum of the nose is with rasping or chiseling that both involve some degree of surgery. I do this in my office with a simple Valium by mouth and local anesthetic. The proceedure takes about 30 minutes.
