Improve appearance of skin after grafting
Nothing can make the skin look like normal after skin grafting. If the graft is elevated, dermabrasion can be extremely effective. Alteratively, laser resurfacing is effective.
For redness, vascular lasers or IPL can be effective.

No. To better the appearance, wear compression stockings, apply Vitamin E, apply silicone ointment (Dermatix) and most of all, give it time.
