i am 23 year old boy.i had a caratoconus problem in my both eye.last lear i had been treated with c3r operation. but after the treatment my conea is stable but the size of my left eyeball is reduced while the size of right one is normal

Right eye has 1/2 diopter of far-sightedness with 2 diopters of astigmatism (at the 090 degree axis).

A plus eight prescription is a challenge. If you are not satisfied with glasses or contact lenses, most likely implantable contact lenses are your best surgical alternative. If you are over the age of fifty, you might also consider clear lens extraction.
