Can These Scars On My Legs Be Removed? What Would Be My Best Option? (photo)

I have lots of scars in my legs caused by mosquitos bites,I scratched it so it became a wound.I had this scars when I was just a kid and I am now 18 years old.I cant wear shorts in my situation.I would like to ask if there is still possibility that my scars will be hide or remove?if Yes,what kind of treatment should I need to undergo and how long the treatment will take?and how much it will cost.I will attach here the photos of my scars..I really need your help please.
