Is There an Other Way to Get Bigger Breast Without Getting Implants?

I am a 34A and I would really like to have just normal sized breast, so is there any other safe procedure I could have? Ive heard of fat transfer and I was looking into that but some articles said that it is not safe so is there any alternatives?

Fat grafting is safe and can give you larger breast

Breast enlargement is more predictable with implants if you are more concerned about the size than feel. The use of fat grafting for breast enhancement and enlargement is safe and predictable if done properly. There are surgeons that offer this procedure for patients that do not want implants. Reliability of breast implants

Breast implants are safe devices and there extensive data available about safety. Many other procedures have been proposed for breast augmentation including fat transfer. In general fat transfer can add some volume to the breast but it is not as reliable as a breast augmentation.
