I would like to have a dental implant. Is there and implant system best suited for patients with limited mouth opening. Its is the rear bottom molar tooth 18. They never checked before they pulled it and I am being told it will be difficult because of the way my mouth opens. I have been reading and its seems Nobel Biocare is a better option than Straumann. Do you have any advice? I am going for a second opinion next week. I am thinking this is an issue due to guided implant technology.
