Rolling scars, also known as atrophic scars, are best treated with filling agents. The best, permanent filling agent for this purpose is injectable silicone (Silikon 1000) which is FDA approved but whose use is considered "off label". It is injected using the microdroplet technique and usually takes 2 or three sessions to give beautiful, permanent correction.
