Rolling scars, also known as atrophic scars, are best treated with filling agents. The best, permanent filling agent for this purpose is injectable silicone (Silikon 1000) which is FDA approved but whose use is considered "off label". It is injected using the microdroplet technique and usually takes 2 or three sessions to give beautiful, permanent correction.

Post Acne Rolling Scar Treatment
Thanks for your question. Rolling scars are associated with acne, and currently they're treated with Sculptra collagen stimulating injections. Normally three to four sessions are required to get noticeable results. This type of scar is normally attached to deeper layers of skin, which needs to be released by needle subcision at the time of the Sculptra injections. To enhance the effectiveness of Sculptra treatment, the patient is advised to have dye laser treatment. The other choices patients have are laser resurfacing, micro-needling, chemical peel, and dermabrasion. Your doctor will advise you on the best action for you.
