That is a difficult question to answer as it is up to interpretation. When one tries to satisfy both of those desires there will usually be a compromise. Depending on what the patient would benefit from, the surgeon might be able to give a list of options from least to most invasive and explain the limitations of each. At that point then you can determine, based on what is important from your perspective.

Breast Lift. Of the 2 main ones (tummy and breast...I can think of a third to fully answer your question!!!) I think it gives the biggest Bang for the least amount of surgery. The recovery is not anywhere near like a Tummy Tuck and you are really up and about much faster. Now the downside is the implant which is used in most cases. There is a commitment to maintenance for years to come with an implant so always take that into account!
